Swap BONK (BEP20) to ETH (Base)

The desk sets it live for this pair; the exchange module above shows it as soon as it can quote.

A Base address you control — it starts with 0x — 42 characters. ETH exists on several networks; an address from another one looks valid and the coins would be unrecoverable, so we check it against Base before creating anything.

Usually ten minutes to an hour, end to end. Most of that is BEP20 confirming your deposit — the exchange and the payout themselves take seconds.

Not on this pair: it is floating only, because one of the two sides cannot be quoted firm. The amount is set when your deposit confirms.

Two things come out: the Base network fee for sending your payout shown on its own line, and our margin, which is already inside the rate. Nothing is added after you confirm.

No. There is no account to create and we never ask for identity documents, at any amount. The one case where a swap can be held is spelled out in the AML policy rather than hidden.

On-chain, yes: BEP20 and Base are public ledgers, so the deposit and the payout are visible to anyone, like any other transaction on them. What nobody can link them to is an identity: there is no account, no document and no request log here — the privacy policy names the only parties in the path.

Every order takes an optional refund address, and it is worth filling in. If the exchange cannot go through — a deposit under the minimum, a pair that stops being quoted, or the one documented case of a flagged deposit where the law allows a return — the deposit goes back to that address, minus what the network charges to send it; we charge nothing for a refund. Without a refund address, a return has to be arranged by hand through support. The order page tells you which situation you are in; nothing is decided silently.
