Swap ATOM to USDT (ERC20)

0.274105 ATOM right now. The desk sets it live and it moves with the ERC20 network fee — below it, that fee would eat the swap. There is no fixed maximum on this pair.

A ERC20 address you control — it starts with 0x — 42 characters. USDT exists on several networks; an address from another one looks valid and the coins would be unrecoverable, so we check it against ERC20 before creating anything.

Around 10-60 minutes end to end, as forecast by the desk right now. Most of that is Cosmos confirming your deposit — the exchange and the payout themselves take seconds.

Yes — pick Fixed in the module. The rate is locked when the exchange is created, and a countdown starts for your deposit.

Two things come out: the ERC20 network fee for sending your payout — 0.2122576 USDT right now — shown on its own line, and our margin, which is already inside the rate. Nothing is added after you confirm.

No. There is no account to create and we never ask for identity documents, at any amount. The one case where a swap can be held is spelled out in the AML policy rather than hidden.

On-chain, yes: Cosmos and ERC20 are public ledgers, so the deposit and the payout are visible to anyone, like any other transaction on them. What nobody can link them to is an identity: there is no account, no document and no request log here — the privacy policy names the only parties in the path.

Every order takes an optional refund address, and it is worth filling in. If the exchange cannot go through — a deposit under the minimum, a pair that stops being quoted, or the one documented case of a flagged deposit where the law allows a return — the deposit goes back to that address, minus what the network charges to send it; we charge nothing for a refund. Without a refund address, a return has to be arranged by hand through support. The order page tells you which situation you are in; nothing is decided silently.
